What are the best aspects of this product?
The strength of Infor CRM is its flexibility of the application. They have provided framework where we can customize and mold the application to fit our business needs and strategy. It is simply a superior product for people who don't have a cookie cutter business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be the issues on the hotfix and upgrade capability of the application. They come at such a quick pace that it doesn't allow a large organization such as mine to move as quickly as they do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been in the process of sun setting 16 different sales systems into 1. The application has provided us the basis for everything moving forward.
