What are the best aspects of this product?
I do like the ticketing system and how we were able to set up teams or individuals on certain issues that were addressed in the ticket. I know that if were to spend more time and resources into customizing this for our business that we would be able to work more efficiently.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There could be a better way to show a user who's already working on the ticket. As it works right now is that the user has to "punch-in" when they access the ticket and our staff is not very good about that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to drill down on what issues are clients are experiencing is a nice bonus for us who are working with clients on a regular basis regarding their issues or concerns with our product.
