What are the best aspects of this product?
We can build pretty much anything they need within Infor CRM. We can make customizations without having to pay a third party. We have also found that it has kept up changes in technology by introducing mobile and web versions of the application while still supporting their fat client, allowing us to keep our power users happy internally and get critical information into the hands of our sales force.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has worked very well, but the web client was rolled out with inadequate documentation. I would also like to see an upgrade path from the fat client to the web client that we can refer should the need arise for our business in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use it to record our interactions with our customers for all of our products and services. We have a very high adoption of the product here because it is very intuitive and easy to use at a variety of levels, and that developing new functionality is fairly easy,letting us keep the application relevant and get needed features into the hands of our users in a timely manner.
