What are the best aspects of this product?
One thing that I like about this software is the automation of sending out emails and follow-ups to our clients’ base. This enables us to contemplate other innovative ideas that we can engage in.
Also, with this software, you are in a position of seeing the responses of your customers if they are reading the emails or not. You will also be able to understand if the emails sent to the clients have bounced and whether the email addresses are functioning.
They have a topnotch customer support which is always available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The responses are also beneficial.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This software can really get expensive for the startups which usually puts them off. They need to lower their prices.
It is not meant for a small company especially if it lacks the IT department. You need an expert in this field to help you map things out.
The integration of this software is a bit hectic and I think there should be better tutorials to solve this issue.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The 14 days trial is very short and I think it should be a bit longer, may be four weeks or more.

Infusionist allows our company more time for what is should be doing nad less time concentrating with paperwork. It allows us to have a birds-eye-view of all activities in the business which has been crucial to the growth of the business.
