PROS: I love that Infusionsoft offers lead generation programs, post-purchase follow up, and marketing automation all in a single system. These features help me to continually collect info about our shoppers and prospects, their preferences, buying history, the links they click and more in a single place.

CONS: Though Infusionsoft is an amazing app, the vendor could provide more help for new users to set up and use the system effectively. The vendor can follow up with new customers to ensure they have all the essential resources and provide introductions to consultants for more help. This will help new users to transition smoothly from their old apps and use Infusionsoft confidently. New users can also avoid paying for the old applications as well as Infusionsoft if they can transition quickly and smoothly.

PROS: 1. The Infusionsoft Campaign Builder is a marketer’s best friend I’ve used several knock-off versions of Infusionsoft’s campaign builder and as of this writing, Infusionsoft is still my favorite to use. It’s completely drag-and-drop, which allows you to set up your flow in a way that makes sense to you and your business. Most other tools are very rigid when it comes to setting up flows. 2. Beautiful Segmentation I recently tried to send an email to multiple lists from a client’s MailChimp account and was amazed at how difficult this seemingly simple task was. In fact, it was near impossible without creating new lists or copying contacts from one to the other. Infusionsoft, on the other hand, makes this a breeze. If you want to send to all your lists (tags), it’s super simple. If you want to send to one list, but exclude people that could be part of another list, again it’s super easy. You can even go as far as segmenting people by how much money they’ve spent with you when the last time they engaged with an email (opened or clicked), what their lead score is, or when the last time they were added to a list or purchased something. I can’t recall a recent experience where I couldn’t find the exact list I was looking for. What’s more is that you can automate the segmentation process in the campaign builder. A great example is if you ask your prospects what their biggest challenge is when they opt into your list, you now have the ability to automatically send them to different campaigns based on their answers.

CONS: wishlist here: 1. Visual Reporting for the Dashboard and Campaign Builder Right now, you can look at a few stats in the campaign builder, but it only reaches back 24 hours or 30 days. The current solution seems half-baked and Infusionsoft could certainly do a better job at letting me know how my campaigns are performing. 2. No split testing As a leader in the marketing automation space, Infusionsoft should have introduced this feature years ago. In fact, it amazes me that it hasn’t been released yet. The good news is that there are workarounds and 3rd party tools to implement it, but I’m hoping for a native release very soon.

PROS: What I like most about this tool is the email automation. It allows me to set up journeys for the customers and to lead them through an automation funnel so I can know the reaction that is based on the interaction with our marketing. The API allows us to automatically send new customer data into the program so we can create easy integration.

CONS: I think that the WYSIWYG email editor can be narrow from time to time. You cannot easily get specific look. I have spend huge amount of time hacking away to do tasks that look like simple tasks. Also, they could update UI.

PROS: The drag-and-drop campaign builder feature is one of my favorite one. I like that I have everything in one place like CRM, Campaign Builder and e-commerce and this is great for getting full record of my contacts. The segmentation that is available in Infusionsoft is great and it allows me to create hyper-targeted campaigns and follow-ups based on the customer’s behavior. I especially love the community of other Infusionsoft’ users.

CONS: I cannot find a way to split test emails or campaigns and there are some little things that pop-up but they can be fixed with 3rd party plugins.

PROS: In my opinion, the best part about Infusionsoft is their excellent customer support. I can depend on their live chat for help any time. A number of agents have helped us out many times and the phone agents are friendly and responsive. There is a family atmosphere to working with this company. Plus, the email broadcasts are very helpful for my business.

CONS: I find it time consuming to use the editing feature in the email broadcasts. When I delete a line, the whole format of the email changes and I have to reformat from the beginning. Another glitch is our broadcasts are stopped because the vendor says they are spam. But our emails are not spam and I would like to know the number of subscribers who are calling it spam.

PROS: One thing that I like about this software is the automation of sending out emails and follow-ups to our clients’ base. This enables us to contemplate other innovative ideas that we can engage in. Also, with this software, you are in a position of seeing the responses of your customers if they are reading the emails or not. You will also be able to understand if the emails sent to the clients have bounced and whether the email addresses are functioning. They have a topnotch customer support which is always available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The responses are also beneficial.

CONS: This software can really get expensive for the startups which usually puts them off. They need to lower their prices. It is not meant for a small company especially if it lacks the IT department. You need an expert in this field to help you map things out. The integration of this software is a bit hectic and I think there should be better tutorials to solve this issue.

PROS: Infusionsoft helps us convert prospects into buyers and close more deals. Before using this app, we were busy with other parts of the business and did not give enough time to attend to quotes and close deals. Our customers used to get fed up with us and took their business elsewhere. With Infusionsoft, we are able to contact customers immediately and provide them product info on time. We are able to catch them when they are ready to buy and have a credit card in their hand.

CONS: I would like the vendor to add a few helpful features. They are open to our suggestions for changes and they add new fixes and features constantly to improve the software. You need to invest a good amount of time and effort to effectively use all the features. I recommend you attend their training sessions to learn how amazing all the features are.

PROS: This tool allows me to put everything into place and to convert a prospect into customer and then everything goes automatically. We are in touch with our customers and we can deliver even more product information to them in less time. We can interact with our customers on the phone and make them purchase our product and service.

CONS: There are some features that they could add and I believe this is going to happen because they are always open to suggestions and feedback. Also, you’re going to need some time in order to learn how this program works and I recommend the training sessions.

PROS: I love that I can store all my leads and clients in a single system. The dashboard shows call back reminders which is very helpful. I can relax because I know I am tracking all my prospects and clients without anyone slipping through the cracks.

PROS: I like Infusionsoft’s automation possibilities, I’m able to take contact all the way from optin forms so I can tag and segment marketing campaigns. I can do everything in one place for a reasonable price. I like when I see them satisfied and I’m able to offer them other products and save huge amount of time. When it comes to selling products it makes it like a passive income that is not based on your time.

CONS: There is a steep learning curve and there is an up-front cost if you need someone to walk yuo through the learning phases. The UI is not intuitive but I believe they work to resolve this.

PROS: I love everyone that is involved with Infusionsoft and the Icon event is amzing. There are lot of amazing features and perk so you can use this tool to its fullest. I like the campaign builder. Clate is great person and I can’t wait to see what are next features.

CONS: I started using this tool for a year and I still have some troubles in understanding it. We are team of 3 people and we really need plus one person that would help us to better understand how this program works. It is pricy tool and If I need someone to help me run it then the sum goes up. In my opinion it would be greta if they could qualify the audience before having them sign up for the program becuase then they figure out that the tool is difficult to understand for newbies.

PROS: Infusionsoft helps our company to offer a polished and satisfying experience to our customers. The software is dependable and the vendor keeps improving it constantly. PROS: The support team of Infusion is one of the best, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Campaign automation is powerful and effective. The community is a place where all members are in one place and everyone is sharing their own experience with Infusionsoft, we are able to store files, videos, audios.

CONS: The UI doesn’t provide accurate shipping costs to those who buy physical products. There is no way to automate a response to customer behavior or to track customer access history so we can better understand the frequency of interaction with the platform. The tool is large and complex and this makes the operational processes inconsistent.

PROS: In my opinion, Infusionsoft can perform 90% of your CRM tasks at an affordable cost. You can do the remaining 10% through the API or a third party vendor in their marketplace. I have worked in three companies that use Infusionsoft. In one company, we had 270,000 contacts and annual sales of $12 million. We used Infusionsoft for all our sales, marketing, subscriptions, and support.

CONS: I had a few problems in the beginning but the vendor has resolved all bugs and issues with their updates over the past six years that I have been using the app. During this period, the software has matured, though there have been a few bumpy patches where updates would affect our system. Infusionsoft had a few bugs in the beginning but the vendor has really made an effort to fix all problems and evolve and improve the software over the years.

PROS: 1. The Infusionsoft Campaign Builder is a marketer’s best friend I’ve used several knock-off versions of Infusionsoft’s campaign builder and as of this writing, Infusionsoft is still my favorite to use. It’s completely drag-and-drop, which allows you to set up your flow in a way that makes sense to you and your business. Most other tools are very rigid when it comes to setting up flows. 2. Beautiful Segmentation I recently tried to send an email to multiple lists from a client’s MailChimp account and was amazed at how difficult this seemingly simple task was. In fact, it was near impossible without creating new lists or copying contacts from one to the other. Infusionsoft, on the other hand, makes this a breeze. If you want to send to all your lists (tags), it’s super simple. If you want to send to one list, but exclude people that could be part of another list, again it’s super easy. You can even go as far as segmenting people by how much money they’ve spent with you when the last time they engaged with an email (opened or clicked), what their lead score is, or when the last time they were added to a list or purchased something. I can’t recall a recent experience where I couldn’t find the exact list I was looking for. What’s more is that you can automate the segmentation process in the campaign builder. A great example is if you ask your prospects what their biggest challenge is when they opt into your list, you now have the ability to automatically send them to different campaigns based on their answers.

CONS: wishlist here: 1. Visual Reporting for the Dashboard and Campaign Builder Right now, you can look at a few stats in the campaign builder, but it only reaches back 24 hours or 30 days. The current solution seems half-baked and Infusionsoft could certainly do a better job at letting me know how my campaigns are performing. 2. No split testing As a leader in the marketing automation space, Infusionsoft should have introduced this feature years ago. In fact, it amazes me that it hasn’t been released yet. The good news is that there are workarounds and 3rd party tools to implement it, but I’m hoping for a native release very soon.
