What are the best aspects of this product?
In my opinion, Infusionsoft can perform 90% of your CRM tasks at an affordable cost. You can do the remaining 10% through the API or a third party vendor in their marketplace. I have worked in three companies that use Infusionsoft. In one company, we had 270,000 contacts and annual sales of $12 million. We used Infusionsoft for all our sales, marketing, subscriptions, and support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had a few problems in the beginning but the vendor has resolved all bugs and issues with their updates over the past six years that I have been using the app. During this period, the software has matured, though there have been a few bumpy patches where updates would affect our system. Infusionsoft had a few bugs in the beginning but the vendor has really made an effort to fix all problems and evolve and improve the software over the years.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our target market is real estate agents who are not trained to keep up with modern day marketing strategies. Infusionsoft offers a platform to which we can market and provide useful content to real estate agents who are interested in our services.
