What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that I can store all my leads and clients in a single system. The dashboard shows call back reminders which is very helpful. I can relax because I know I am tracking all my prospects and clients without anyone slipping through the cracks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The dashboard can show confusing data. Sometimes, it doesn’t show a lead from a past month that becomes a client. I wish the dashboard showed previous months’ data too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Infusionsoft has helped me solved a lot of business issues. I can keep all my clients in a single system and categorize them. I can then decide to market separately to each category or to all of them together. I can also call my leads and then send follow up emails to them to close deals.
