What are the best aspects of this product?

InfusionSoft offers great opportunities for marketing automation, post-purchase and lead generation. Everything is centralized into one system. It allows us to gather informaton about our prospects and shoppers starting from the links they click, their preferences to purchase history.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a greta software but it takes some time to learn how to use it. It would be greta if they could include one-on-one account management with constant check-in’s so we can track customer’s behaviour and satisfaction.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All its features, starting from Ecommerce Management, Post-Purchase Follow Up, Abandonded Cart Sequences, Lead Magnet & Lead Generation Sequences and Email Marketing help me to automate my whole business processes and follow up. With the Autoresponders I cans end welcome offer, Update preferences Form and etc.
