I’m using InfusionSoft to run 3 businesses

What are the best aspects of this product?

InfusinSoft offers lot of possibilities. I’m using it for 9 years and they constanlty improve the program and release new and helpful features so we can have greta experince and connection with our customers. I’m using it for all my 3 businesses and I have great experience from this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no option to select duplicate record checking by date of birth and first name.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For our first business we use it for online registration, billing, send receipts and email reminders and evaluations. This is done by desk staff manually, it helps us to keep the parents informed about the summer camps and upcoming class sessions. The other two businesses are for online shopping, and here Infusionsoft helps us to capture and educate leads so we can build trust with them.
