What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that Infusionsoft allows us to know our subscribers better and we can record their details for anytime use. The app makes it easy to offer personalized experiences to our customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, Infusionsoft’s e-commerce module needs to be improved. If Infusionsoft decided to partner with Shopify or Magento, they would dominate the market.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Infusionsoft solves a lot of business issues for us: It makes task distribution and management easier and more efficient, Analyzing data is easier as I can place custom stat widgets on my dashboard, I can collect a good amount of details from individual contacts which helps me to talk to them, and finally, automation of simple tasks gives me time to focus on important aspects of my business. I have realized the following benefits: Customers are ready to give feedback if you request them. Second, it is more effective to send personalized messages to groups of subscribers instead of a single message to the entire customer base.
