What are the best aspects of this product?
The support team of Infusion is one of the best, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Campaign automation is powerful and effective. The community is a place where all members are in one place and everyone is sharing their own experience with Infusionsoft, we are able to store files, videos, audios.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The UI doesn’t provide accurate shipping costs to those who buy physical products. There is no way to automate a response to customer behavior or to track customer access history so we can better understand the frequency of interaction with the platform. The tool is large and complex and this makes the operational processes inconsistent.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
InfusionSoft allows us to provide specific automated responses whenever the customers purchase products. We have invested into th platform and it has been worthwhile.
