I love that Infusionsoft offers lead generation programs, post-purchase follow up, and marketing automation all in a single system. These features help me to continually collect info about our shoppers and prospects, their preferences, buying history, the links they click and more in a single place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Though Infusionsoft is an amazing app, the vendor could provide more help for new users to set up and use the system effectively. The vendor can follow up with new customers to ensure they have all the essential resources and provide introductions to consultants for more help. This will help new users to transition smoothly from their old apps and use Infusionsoft confidently. New users can also avoid paying for the old applications as well as Infusionsoft if they can transition quickly and smoothly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use the following features to automate our business processes and follow up: auto responders, transactional emails based on purchases made and links clicked, email marketing, lead magnet and lead generation sequences, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase follow up, and e-commerce management.
