This is great marketing automation solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about this tool is the email automation. It allows me to set up journeys for the customers and to lead them through an automation funnel so I can know the reaction that is based on the interaction with our marketing. The API allows us to automatically send new customer data into the program so we can create easy integration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that the WYSIWYG email editor can be narrow from time to time. You cannot easily get specific look. I have spend huge amount of time hacking away to do tasks that look like simple tasks. Also, they could update UI.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it to automatically add new users and start on-boarding them at the same tim. Infusion is powerful solution because it is combination of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
