What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I’m able to get to know all our subscribers while recording the information. InsfusionSoft makes the personalization simple thing. With this tool analyzing data is simple and easy thing to do and to put widgets on the dashboard.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t really like the e-commerce portion. It would be great if they could integrate with Magento or Shopify.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to complete simple tasks and saves us huge amount of time so I can be more focused on other things. It allows me to collect info from a contact so I can talk directly to a subscriber. The task management helps me to better manage tasks and set due dates. One of the greatest benefits we have realized from this tool is the feedback from customers. We can send custom messages to our subsrciber instead of sending group message.
