PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Infusionsoft helps our company to offer a polished and satisfying experience to our customers. The software is dependable and the vendor keeps improving it constantly. It is helping us to do more work in our back office than we were able to before. We have invested time in learning about the platform’s features and now we are able to make effective use of them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only gripe is that the Help articles offer info that is too general. To get advanced Help on specific topics I have to browse the forums for answers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Infusionsoft allows us to run a lean and mean company. Staffing is an important issue for us and the app makes our team more productive without the need to hire more people. The smooth integrations with our conversion funnels and training solution make us really happy.
