What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspects of Innago are how easy it is to use and how much value it offers for free. The platform is straightforward, with helpful tools for rent collection, lease management, and communication all in one place. I also like that it guides you through the setup process, which is great for someone new to being a landlord. Everything feels well thought out and reliable.






What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, the experience has been very positive, but there are a couple of things that could be improved. The mobile experience could be a bit smoother, especially when trying to navigate between different sections. It would also be helpful to have a few more built-in tips or examples when setting up leases for the first time. Overall, though, these are minor issues compared to how well the core features work.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In future versions, it would be great to see more customizable lease templates and automated reminders for things like lease renewals or upcoming inspections. A built-in checklist for new landlords could also be really helpful. It might also be useful to have a way to track maintenance requests in more detail, with photos and status updates. These additions would make an already strong platform even more complete.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a first-time landlord, I didn’t have any systems in place and wasn’t sure how to manage things like applications, leases, and rent collection. Innago solved all of that by giving me an easy platform to handle everything in one place. It helped me stay organized, avoid manual paperwork, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It turned what felt like a complicated process into something I could manage confidently.
