Better Than My Expectations

What are the best aspects of this product?

For what I need to use it for, hands down the best part about it is that it's no cost to me as a property manager. Being that I don't have to pay for it on my end the program provides immense value for me to run my operations. I'm also a fan of their delicacy towards personal information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think for someone who is brand new to the program, providing a better step by step process of completing their profile/account would cancel out any confusion. Currently the progress bar for completion that I have at the top of my page says I have 2/5 completed in my setup, even though I have completed all 5.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think an integration for people to be able to access articles/blogs/and templates for property management would be a great way to streamline everything. Potentially setting up a community channel to connect with other property managers at a similar scale

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

So much was solved. i am a first time property manager/head of operations with no previous experience in this field. Having Innago took my stress levels down from an 8 to a 3 because they had everything put together for our tenants to have access to. They made my work way easier and way more organized.
