Excellent platform for rental properties

What are the best aspects of this product?

Innago is simple to use. I am not tech savvy yet was able to set it up on my own with ease!

It is FREE to use! I didn't believe it at first, but it is true! I haven't been charged anything and have been using it for awhile now.

It helps manage the properties and is great for tenants as well since it sends reminders to them if they pay late.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had experienced trouble and tried to call to get it resolved but went to voicemail. Would have loved instantaneous assistance. However, with emails, they did reply quickly.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability for tenants to use Zelle to pay

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Rent can be paid easily especially for those older tenants not familiar with online banking.
