Good Property Management App

What are the best aspects of this product?

For standard stuff, like leases, expenses, recording rent payment, etc the software is free. That's pretty awesome. There are some fancier options as well that look really good, I just haven't implemented them yet. But for keeping track of expenses/income on properties, it's awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't really had any issues with the portions that I use.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It has all of the features I currently need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed an easy way to track expenses based on property and to be able to export a report for tax purposes at the end of the year.
