Good service, happy so far

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, it's free on the landlord side which is nice and makes it easy to integrate. Love the screening aspect being so easy, and sending documents and new portals to new members is a breeze.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I didn't get the 'find a renter' tool to work for me for some reason.
