What are the best aspects of this product?

Give you most features required to successfully manage rental properties.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features like recurring management fees that are missing but I am told they are working on adding the feature in.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Owner investments, recurring management fees, utility/mortgage bill alerts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Lease tracking, maintenance tracking and accounting all in one platform.
