Great Product to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how intuitive and easy to navigate the platform is. It saves me a ton of time with rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance tracking all in one place. The automated reminders and financial reporting tools are also incredibly helpful—huge time-savers and very professional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that was hard for me was moving tenants from one unit to another.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It covers a lot of features already, so I would need to really think hard on this one to say it needed to add some.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software helped streamline every part of my rental process—especially rent collection, late fee tracking, and managing tenant requests. It has eliminated the need for separate spreadsheets, apps, and sticky notes. Everything’s organized and accessible in one spot, which has improved my workflow tremendously.
