Easy to use, quick replies from customer support, intuitive setup, affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to note so far, the software is very helpful and well thought out.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It could be nice to have basic lease templates to start with and be able to edit, change, add copy to in the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solved my issue of not being able to manage my triplex, not having a place to log payments, manage leases, and create applications. Now I am able to do that all in one spot and without stress.
