What are the best aspects of this product?
I've been using Innago for a while now and it's made managing my rental properties so much easier. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, and I love how simple it is to track invoices and expenses—especially when it's time to do taxes. Everything is just in one place and easy to find.
Their customer service is also excellent. Any time I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to respond and really helpful. Overall, it’s a solid, easy-to-use tool that makes property management way less stressful. Highly recommend.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing I wish was better is the ACH payment speed—it takes a few days for the money to hit my account, which can be a bit slow. But overall, Innago is a really solid tool that I’d definitely recommend to other landlords.
