What are the best aspects of this product?
Very self-intuitive to setup and it has all you need as a landlord. Best of all you have all documentation and finances in one spot.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When posting a listing is a bit confusing when the listing will be posted and keep track of how many people have been clicking in you advertisement. Also is a bit hard to understand if people will be applying through the third party company (Zillow, rent.com, etc) or though innago.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
can't think on anything I need that I don't have.

online rent collection, tracking of maintenance request and keeping all the records in one place.
