What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can automate payments, request maintenance tickets and have a dedicated support rep that always answers my questions. I like that I can keep my expenses down since this is a free software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think the only thing that could be better would be using the app. There are some lags there but the web platform is amazing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I used to use an Excel sheet for tracking rent from my tenants. Very disorganized before but this has helped solve that issue. I also like that it is truly free, unlike a lot of other property management software that is "free" at the beginning but is only a trial.
