I really appreciate how simple and affordable Innago is. It covers all the basics - rent collection, lease management, and tenant screening - without feeling overwhelming or cluttered.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the reporting features feel a bit limited, especially if you're managing multiple properties. Also, customer support can be a little slow to get back to you when things get busy.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It’d be great to see better reporting tools, an improved mobile experience, and maybe automatic notifications for late payments or lease renewals.

Before Innago, rent collection and lease tracking were a bit chaotic. Now everything’s organized in one place, and it’s made communication with tenants way smoother.
