What are the best aspects of this product?
It is affordable to landlords of every sort and they deliver what we need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer support is kind of lacking. The support I received was helpful but the agent was somewhat rude, at least they had a real person on the other end instead of a bot.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Honestly they pretty much have it all, maybe a feature where you got a look at credit scores instead of just the credit report, they may have this already but I didn't see it.
