So Far, So Good with Innago

What are the best aspects of this product?

I primarily use Innago to invoice tenants and collect rent. Innago's feature set is what won me over other platforms. For example, I own some student housing. I like the software's ability to automatically invoice the co-tenants, provide periodic notices, allow them to pay their share individually, yet hold them accountable as a group (through late fees) if one of them doesn't pay their share.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a fairly robust platform and I only use some of the features. For example, I don't use the maintenance functionality. One area for future improvement would be to make the user interface more adaptable/configurable to how individual users actually use the platform.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like to see more configuration control of the user interface/app. For example, I'd like to be able to simplify what I and my tenants see based on what functions I want to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

1) Automatic Invoicing, 2) Rent collection, 3) Holding Student Housing Co-Tenants accountable for their share of Rent.
