PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's nice seeing key people within the organizaiton record and having the ability to synchronize data into Dynamics 2015 in a few clicks. Looking into the LI profile has been a big help, although it could be a single click button within the record.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing much to dislike since a majority of data seen is current. I run into an old contact every now and then but it's not as frequent as I expected.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped me find a quicker way to expand my reach for a certain prospect. When I get into more meaningful conversations, I'm able to resolve issues for clients. With more problems solved, they're able to cater to their goals. I've learned that assistng clients in helping fulfill their goals helped me meet mine.
