What are the best aspects of this product?
This is easy to use software that provides us with all the information we need for doing the researches on marketing, sales prospects and intelligence that is needed for meetings with prospective clients. There is great integration with Salesforce and you are even able to import all the data into Salesforce effortlessly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Before using InsideView we tried many other software similar to this one and I have to say that this one is one of the best, but when it comes to the information that is provided to us it can be outdated or incorrect. But on the other hand, there is no software that is without weaknesses or issues, we’re still using IV.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to import contacts from InsideView into a spreadsheets, then we download the spreadsheet into our marketing program and then we just need to email those contacts. When we found out that someone is interested in our offer we immediately import the contact from InsideView to Salesforce. It helps us to better perform marketing activity, and it is great tool for sales and marketing contacts or when searching for clients.
