What are the best aspects of this product?

InsideView offers great set of features, you can easily search and synch customer’s and contact data and you can add new information within the lists. It great thing to have customer details and social network information that is connected into our CRM system. The custom search criteria and watchlist functionality allows us to get the needed information about our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing that I can dislike about this tool, the data is always accurate, it is easy to set up and easy to customize it.

One of the biggest benefits that we get from this tool is the updated customer information and to feel more confident with the data we get.
