What are the best aspects of this product?
InsideView is great research platform that is extremely useful when it comes to marketing, sales and when performing meetings with prospective clients. It provides great integration with Salesforce and you are able to import the data directly into the SF CRM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no direct dial functionality and this means that you have only one option for contacting the lead and this is via email or you can call the company directly. Also, I’d like to see work history and positions of the candidates within this tool.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
InsideView provides us with trustworthy and timely information about our customers and prospects. We are able to search relevant topics without closing the Salesforce. It helps us to be well-informed and equipped so we can move forward along with current trends.
