What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that InsideView provides me with email of updated news fed every day. It provides us with great excellent talking points when we speak with our prospects so we can build strong relationship with them and to perform the communication on a personal level. I start the conversation with specific compliment about the client or organization by using the data I receive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes I receive articles on same topics but with small changes, maybe this is because of the subsequent published pieces on their current activities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep track of the changes, to merge and announce strong sales quarters and it helps us to position our products so it can meet our prospects’ needs. It allows us to research additional contacts that are not included into Salesforce contact list.
