What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the data I get and I love the integration with Salesforce. I have an access to thorough firmographic data, social updates, connected relationships and many other things that are helpful for our team so they can reach even more personal level across channels and to get deep insight into the needs and interests of potential prospects.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like to have even more detailed information on sales rep within an organization including top keyword trends on social posts but I believe that this is not IV’s issue it is more the industry wide issue when it comes to detailed data.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We work in marketing department and we were searching for a tool that would make our reps effective when follow up the leads. It helps us to be more informed on the company and the needs and this is extremely helpful for us because we could provide even more value within our first interaction with prospects.
