What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, this tool provides us with trending information and it allows us to set up the watchlists for the customers and prospect. We are able to keep track of the primary competitors for our customers. You can have an access from MS Dynamic 365 and even limited subscription is included in almost every CRM license.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes there are not always email addresses available.

InsideView provides us with updated information for our customers and prospects. We don’t have to close CRM in order to search relevant topics. It helps us to stay on the top of the industry and business changes.
