What are the best aspects of this product?

Being integrated to SFDC is important since it's the primary source for data and acquires the best of both worlds and methods. Watchlists play a critical role for our sales reps including connectivity to LinkedIn.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Data may not appear as perfect especiall from SMB companies (but I've heard they've improved significantly in this department), but they still prove quality data compared to tools in the market.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were in need ot precise sizes of employees from companies since it's the only way we can segment. Data provided by InsideView significantly assisted us with this.
