What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this tool offers comprehensive, reliable and updated data about the organizations and companies. We are able to identify relevant contacts and to see the news that emphasize items of relevance to the company. I like that my conversations with potential customers start with relevant information. I like that the data I get I can use it before our competitors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it can be complicated to coordinate it with other CRM tools and it can be cumbersome from time to time. But its functionality is extremely important to me and therefore I don’t see those things as major issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to find different angles when connecting with our clients and prospects. It helps us to be on a time when getting the connection and relevant when providing data. This is extremely useful tool for any type of sales processes. It is number one tool within our sales department because it helps us to achieve all our goals when researching data and contacting our clients.
