What are the best aspects of this product?

We love how simple and intuitive Insightly is. We are provided with social media connection, integrations and many other beneficial features. We can store all information of our clients and we don’t have to worry about managing large sales team. Insightly is really helpful platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could improve their customization options such as editing filters and customizing views. We would like to know of specific custom fields for each client. We would like feature that will help us to keep track of specific data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can keep track of potential and existing clients, contacts in media, partners, and more. We don’t need to use spreadsheets anymore, and this is huge relief for all of us. We would like to explore the option of targeting new companies.
