Pros: Insightly provides us with automated workflows so we can easily project and create tasks based on our company progress. This software helps us to keep track of specific subsets of clients that require certain actions with Tags. For example some clients with the Maintenance tag ask us to perform maintenance tasks on their project periodically, with Insightly we are able to assign the task, and keep a record when it was performed and when the task is completed we can send an email to those clients.

Cons: The mobile app is not responsive, it’s difficult to use some of Insightly functions.

Pros: Honestly we found none. We tried real hard to like this CRM, but we just couldn't.

Two things I like about this software. First, it loads the contact person’s social media profile, position, and other important data once you save his email on Insightly. That saves you a lot of time to discover more info about the prospect. Although I came across a weakness here—once I saved a prospect’s business and personal email addresses and Insightly created two contacts. This doesn’t seem a big problem for me because I know the person, but for a new team member, she’ll find it confusing who is who between the two contacts. Which brings me to the second thing I like about the software, it’s useful for transitioning. The double entry contact aside, any new member can quickly get a summary of the prospect including the deliverables and services provided by the outgoing team member. It’s a smooth transition that helps you to deliver consistent quality service to your clients no matter who’s in your team.
