What are the best aspects of this product?
Our sales, project managers and accounting team are all in one place and on the same page with our clients. We don’t need to lose time in sharing mails anymore. Insightly helps us to make easy transition of opportunities to projects. We can even link emails and add contract for each project. We are using the tag features to distinguish projects and we are able to assign owners as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They need to improve their integration with Quickbooks, because the connection is not stable at all. Also, we have to revert contracts back to project managers instead of having an easy access via mobile device. The feature for reporting is good, but when clients sign multiple contracts or even duration of the client lifecycle the long-term profiles cannot be found. Also, there is a delay when we try to link accounts or contacts to other companies.
