What is InsightSquared?

InsightSquared is a suite that offers an array of business reporting and analytics features to measure all aspects of your business including marketing, sales, customer service, financials, and staffing. The app’s sales analytics features provide deep analysis into the sales pipeline, covering sales forecasting as well as retrospective trend identification. The sales analytics reports can also be utilized to measure employee achievements and successes. PROS: Being aware of the flaws and reporting issues Salesforce has, I'm proud to be able to recommend InsightSquared as the perfect solution. I love how it enables me to create, edit, and filter both historic and futurist reports, and to customize them according to my needs. In fact, all it takes to create a new report is a double click on the numbers, and voila-the report is there! Once the dashboard is created, you can attach it to your dashboard, and share it will all different teams and team members across sales and management. Above all, the system is friendly and intuitive, and there is an amazing team to support you in every situation.

CONS: There is really nothing I don't like. At the beginning, the roadmap felt somehow restricted to create more custom reports, but the onboarding team was there to provide interesting solutions and out-of-box reports, and to make the process smoother. I feel incredibly satisfied.

PROS: It certainly has some charts, graphs, and reports. Setup was simple. So easy to utilize. Works favorably with Bullhorn.

CONS: Enhanced control should be handed to the user. That would be in terms of customized report development as well as mapping to CRM systems. Customized reporting comes with hefty pricing.

PROS: I like the dashboards. They're very easy to customize. I can come up with a with a bunch of reports the moment I log in. That way, I get to see the things that are essential to me the moment I'm in the platform.

CONS: It would've been a bit simpler generating new reports. I frequently see myself sticking to reports that I've scheduled beforehand. This is opposed to making new ones in generating insights. This may likely be the result of the user instead of the tool itself.

PROS: I'm able to look into each sales cycle aspect, patterns of behavior for every sales person, and remain focused on our goal. I like how I'm able to send in reports to colleagues, consultants, or team leaders. I don't have to be within the organization to do just that. The dashboards gives me a swift look as to what's happening.

CONS: Nothing that I can ever think of! Customer service is off the charts. Training materials are detailed. Seamless onboarding.

PROS: InsightSquared makes it possible for us to go knee deep in our data. It helps us comprehend the "why" and what's going on behind the numbers. Win rates and coversation rates helps to predict our success chances. Historial pipeline snapshots allow for improved analysis on our pipeline's health. Trajectory charts enable for the monitorin of targets and their progression.

CONS: Customized reporting isn't as flexible as what you'd hope. Pre-existing report types are awesome. But they come bundled with pre-determined framework. The downside of this is that it won't make room for versatility and creativeness in looking into data points through other means.

PROS: I made a purchase of InsightSquared twice. And that's for two companies. The simplicity and ease of generating insight to my data within SFDC is insane. I like getting the IS2 team within my disposal in answering questions or making configurations of new assumptions.

CONS: I was hoping to segregate renewals from my new business. By that I was hoping I can do that in an easier manner.

PROS: Worth buying! InsightSquare offers fantastic charts and reports. It answers a lot of questions that a majority of sales teams are facing. Set up was a breeze.

CONS: It can take up a lot of time making changes in huge changes to dashboards/reports. But there's barely anything to complain with using this tool. It did a tremendous job meeting our requirements. Customer Success is relatively fast in terms of response times.

PROS: See, you might get a great product one day, but it won't mean a thing without great people to work with. If there is one thing that definitely distinguishes Insight Squared from similar products, that's the people that stand behind it. Having such an amazing client nurturing process makes the process entertaining and interesting, and all employees are happy to use this program. What I really appreciate is the predicitve analysis I'm doing-thanks to the insight we have, we are improving sales and increasing revenue on regular basis. Forecasting is also mind blowing, and I am absolutely positive there is no more intuitive tool available on the market. Another thing that is worth of mentioning is their continuous updating effort, it seems that they are never satisified and they want to go a level higher.

CONS: I'd draw you attention to the learning curve, that's not easy at all! However, it's not unexpected either-when a program is robust, there is a lot to learn about it. What is really good in this process is that it is entertaining and really useful, don't be afraid to do it.

PROS: It's very user-friendly. With that, it makes business intelligence all the most accessible. They've got a nice set of reporting for every module that looks into the role for marketing and sales departments. Expertise of the technical and CSM in imparting what they know is helpful in visualizing data in a number of ways.

CONS: Bulk changes to be made in the dashboards can be difficult. This holds true if updating the filters for more than one tile.

PROS: I've been in the sales field for more than a decade now. I like how you get to have a single source to cater to your tracking needs. I can comprehensively look into an area compared to moving one report to the next. Great things, really.

CONS: I'm in the process of learning it. So I'm not at all sure if I'm seeing the things I want to really view. I was hoping the system would have real-time updates. The further I get to know more about it quickly, the simpler it'll be in viewing my efforts.

PROS: Business analytics are typically overwhelming. That would be in terms of the what's currently available and determining how to make use of data. InsightSquard helped me make reports that are easily understandable and which ones to take actions on. I'm able to make my way in and do strength and weakness analysis for all team members.

CONS: It's hard to think of anything much. From time to time, I wanted to come up with something a little intricate with the product. It was difficult figuring things out. In those moments, I had to reach out to my account manager to make me something better than doing things my own way.
