What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm able to look into each sales cycle aspect, patterns of behavior for every sales person, and remain focused on our goal. I like how I'm able to send in reports to colleagues, consultants, or team leaders. I don't have to be within the organization to do just that. The dashboards gives me a swift look as to what's happening.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing that I can ever think of! Customer service is off the charts. Training materials are detailed. Seamless onboarding.
