What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the dashboards. They're very easy to customize. I can come up with a with a bunch of reports the moment I log in. That way, I get to see the things that are essential to me the moment I'm in the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would've been a bit simpler generating new reports. I frequently see myself sticking to reports that I've scheduled beforehand. This is opposed to making new ones in generating insights. This may likely be the result of the user instead of the tool itself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's very easy in tracking work that I'm constantly dabbing into daily. It's simple in comparing what I'm working on to my goals. This can be observed on a yearly, monthly, or daily manner. It's great to see me comparing myself to that of my peers while remaining peeled with my earnings.
