What are the best aspects of this product?
Being aware of the flaws and reporting issues Salesforce has, I'm proud to be able to recommend InsightSquared as the perfect solution. I love how it enables me to create, edit, and filter both historic and futurist reports, and to customize them according to my needs. In fact, all it takes to create a new report is a double click on the numbers, and voila-the report is there! Once the dashboard is created, you can attach it to your dashboard, and share it will all different teams and team members across sales and management. Above all, the system is friendly and intuitive, and there is an amazing team to support you in every situation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is really nothing I don't like. At the beginning, the roadmap felt somehow restricted to create more custom reports, but the onboarding team was there to provide interesting solutions and out-of-box reports, and to make the process smoother. I feel incredibly satisfied.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Having an insight on our business. Detailed insight is always good for discovering opportunities and tracking problematic issues, and it is therefore precious for every company. The consequence is that we've professsionalized in optimizing our working strategy, and we are much more effective in terms of marketing and sales.
