PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been in the sales field for more than a decade now. I like how you get to have a single source to cater to your tracking needs. I can comprehensively look into an area compared to moving one report to the next. Great things, really.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm in the process of learning it. So I'm not at all sure if I'm seeing the things I want to really view. I was hoping the system would have real-time updates. The further I get to know more about it quickly, the simpler it'll be in viewing my efforts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One big issue I've resolved is no longer have to guess where my work output is at a certain period. I'm able to easily track my activity by monthly, daily, and weekly means. I'm well aware of what I'm up to. I get to know where my time is being spent on and where I need to concentrate on my efforts again.
