What are the best aspects of this product?
See, you might get a great product one day, but it won't mean a thing without great people to work with. If there is one thing that definitely distinguishes Insight Squared from similar products, that's the people that stand behind it. Having such an amazing client nurturing process makes the process entertaining and interesting, and all employees are happy to use this program. What I really appreciate is the predicitve analysis I'm doing-thanks to the insight we have, we are improving sales and increasing revenue on regular basis. Forecasting is also mind blowing, and I am absolutely positive there is no more intuitive tool available on the market. Another thing that is worth of mentioning is their continuous updating effort, it seems that they are never satisified and they want to go a level higher.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'd draw you attention to the learning curve, that's not easy at all! However, it's not unexpected either-when a program is robust, there is a lot to learn about it. What is really good in this process is that it is entertaining and really useful, don't be afraid to do it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're using our Salesforce data to boost sales, that's where Insight Squared takes the lead. We are working on a new sales team now, expecting to be able to cater reports to Boards and Execs, but it is too early to talk about it. For now, Insight Squared provides just enough dashboard options to get work done. We used to invest too much time in transfering data, especially for short term operations, and that's where the program helped the most. I think that in near future, it will take only one person to managae all data, not an entire team!
