It's very user-friendly. With that, it makes business intelligence all the most accessible. They've got a nice set of reporting for every module that looks into the role for marketing and sales departments. Expertise of the technical and CSM in imparting what they know is helpful in visualizing data in a number of ways.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Bulk changes to be made in the dashboards can be difficult. This holds true if updating the filters for more than one tile.

We had interest in visualizing data in such a manner where we can gain insights for decision making. This time around, we have the visbility from the top funnel all the way via close won/lost. We can now take it further with intelligent decisions. This can be done either by enhancing our sales cycle stage or generating the pipeline properly.
