What are the best aspects of this product?

Business analytics are typically overwhelming. That would be in terms of the what's currently available and determining how to make use of data. InsightSquard helped me make reports that are easily understandable and which ones to take actions on. I'm able to make my way in and do strength and weakness analysis for all team members.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's hard to think of anything much. From time to time, I wanted to come up with something a little intricate with the product. It was difficult figuring things out. In those moments, I had to reach out to my account manager to make me something better than doing things my own way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sales reps can now set up and track goals. They can increase revenues for my team. I get to spot team members that aren't performing well so they can receive help in dire situations. I can reward and see those who are performing well and create actionable practice plans according to their activities for other people to follow.
