Easy to use, configure, and track clients. It is great for companies who have a small number of clients as the system limits the number you can add into your contacts. I'd recommend this for any small business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find this as the most intuitive CRM that I've used. It was able to give me an excellent experience. Unfortunately, to attain this experience, you must really spend time to learn its functions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Instreams helps me collect useful information from my clients. Because I work in investments, this was able to help me a lot as the market changes constantly. With InStream, I was able to track the market. At the same time, I can also communicate with the clients easily because it stores their data.
